Returns and Warranty

US Orders: Send your jewelry back within 30 days of ordering using a pre-paid label. You can choose either store credit (free return shipping) or refund to original payment method ($5 return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund).

International Orders: Send your jewelry back within 45 days of ordering. You can choose either store credit or refund to original payment method. Buyers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us.

Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.

 

QUALIFYING RETURN ITEMS

  • Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
  • All original packaging must be included (pouch, jewelry card, etc.). 
  • We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.

 

EXCHANGES

We aren’t able to offer automatic exchanges right now - instead, we provide free returns, free shipping, and store credit to ensure you receive something you love.

*US only. International orders are responsible for shipping.

WARRANTY

We offer a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects. The following are examples of manufacturer defects:

  • Lobster clasp breaking
  • Chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring
  • Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to it (no stretched links)

Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge. Our warranty doesn't cover items that were broken with force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain and breaking it. If your item doesn't qualify for the warranty, we may be able to repair it for a small fee. 

**Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees

STARTING A WARRANTY REQUEST

  1. Send an email to hello@cartercruzco.com with the subject "Warranty Request - Order #xxxx".
  2. Attach clear photos of where the defect is.
  3. Attach clear photos of the whole necklace.
  4. In the body, please include a message with your name, order number, and describe how it broke.
  5. Once we receive your email, we'll review it and get you taken care of!
